Jill Molchan has been a fitness professional for over 20 years and has worked with thousands of clients internationally ranging in age from 11-85 years old. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Glute Specialist through the ISSA.
As a 45-year-old mom of two super-charged young boys, Jill understands not only the time constraints of being a parent who wants to stay physically active and feel their best, but also the energy constraints of having to sometimes run on fumes.
